Under this program we intend to reach out vulnerable families with no access to good health schemes and support them with community health insurance scheme (mutuelle de sante) in order to partner with the government in ensuring quality healthcare for all Rwandans. This will be done on an annual basis.
A scheme introduced by the Rwandan Government where the insurance cost is 3,000frw per person, this policy have made it easy to access health facilities but again most of vulnarable families do not afford this amount.
